Ok so on the Nomadex Hosting Cost proposal, it's written in the Grant Manual Ecosystem Services Proposals
Ecosystem Services grants are for community members and core partners, third party providers with an established partnership with Voi, that are seeking funding to support Voi in a wide spectrum of areas from marketing to education to resource development. Service provision grants are specifically designed for large-scale ecosystem services projects. Many different types of projects may fall under this category. For example, a service project could include one of the following but is by no means limited to this list: ecosystem growth plan, a security audit, administrative support for the Council, development of a multi-tier education curriculum for Voi, third party node management support.

This may include writing articles for Voi’s blog, developing educational materials, contributing to Voi’s documentation, etc. If one of the above categories doesn’t fit what you are trying to achieve, talk to us! The grant manual reads that it should be Ecosystem Service except the 10k part
