At this time, Patreon only supports international payment methods such as credit/debit cards and PayPal. They do not accept Qi Card, Asiacell, or other local payment options commonly used in Iraq/Kurdistan.
If both Patreon and your card provider say there’s no issue but your payment still isn’t working, here are a few tips:
- Double-check your card’s international payment capability and if there are any restrictions for online payments.
- Try adding a new card or PayPal account to Patreon and make sure your billing address matches your card provider.
- Use a VPN (with caution) if you suspect regional restrictions, but be aware this is not always a successful workaround.
Alternative Payment Methods:
Currently, supporting via Qi Card, Asiacell, or other Iraq-specific methods is not possible with Patreon, and we do not offer direct payments for supporter status outside of Patreon.
