The /claim and /key commands will only work in the Bot Channel—they will not work in threads or other channels. Go to the Bot Channel and enter the commands there. If you try to use them anywhere else, you will not get a response.
If you are using a VPN, sometimes it can cause issues with IP authorization for the API key. For receiving a key or using credits, it’s better to use your real IP and avoid VPNs, as your API key will be locked to your current IP address. If you ever change your IP, you’ll need to use the /resetip command in the Bot Channel to update your authorized IP.
If the commands still aren't working in the correct channel, wait a moment and try again—sometimes Discord can have delays.
