Hi! The error message you seeโ"You can't use another key on this IP"โoccurs because a different Pawan.Krd API key has already been used on your current IP address. We only allow one key per IP for security reasons. This sometimes happens if you share your internet connection (like at school, work, shared WiFi, VPN, etc.), or if the website (like JanitorAI) sends all requests from a single shared IP.
How can you resolve this?
- If you're not intentionally using multiple keys, avoid sharing your API key or using multiple accounts.
- If you're on a shared or public connection, try using a private/home network, or your mobile data.
- If the website (like JanitorAI) uses its own IP for API requests, try switching to another site (such as SillyTavern, VenusChatAI, or ChubAI) that lets requests come from your own device/IP.
If you believe this is a mistake or you need to switch your IP, you can reset your authorized IP by running the /resetip command in our Bot Channel.
If the issue continues and you can't resolve it yourself, please create a support ticket with details so our team can help further.
