EXPLANATION
I'm using a long jailbreak, but I've added this part at the beginning which maybe will help you as well. I've noticed that after adding it, the bot had significantly reduced the random romantic monologues about bond, love, friendship and so on.
Still, if you want to keep the roleplay VERY slow, I suggest you avoid stereotypical scenarios, because the bot then tends to jump into love stuff immediately. Also, adding stuff like "but there was no love in it" or "user still didn't love char" will help to keep the bot focused

if thats your whole prompt...thats light as F****? You may want to throw in some stuff about sticking to the character card and using the characters language. I'm working on similar goals. So I have a whole collection of prompts based around making the bots less easy.
