For your first question it i can answer. Filtered means that pawan has put an filter on the proxy himself so it wouldn't get blocked by openai again when you're trying to use a jailbreak to bypass it. Unfiltered means that its not filtered by pawan but by openai themselfs.

For how many credits it uses i unfortunately do not know.

Heavily limited. So you would need to try and use flowery words or whatever it was called to try and get the answers you want from it.
