(DISCLAIMER: although I'm going t properly explain most of this, you will, get some weird responses, so to get the best results, reset the responses a couple of times)
Alright, so, let's begin:
For temperature, I wouldn't go for the creative side, as it's very unreliable. I'd go for 0, to 1. Best results are 0, to 0.5, but anything from 0.5 to 1 is also fine.
For max new token, anything below 300 and above 150 is totally fine. If you want longer paragraphs, go for 400, but don't expect reliable responses
For context size, go the full 16k. It's the only result I've seen which is the best. If it is choppy, that's the chats working. If your phone can't handle it, then possibly set it to 8k, but I haven't tested that yet.
And, the jailbreak. The best one for me, was the very first one I came across was this:

- Always write as {{char}} only, NEVER EVER write for {{user}} or assume {{user}}'s role. Keep your replies STRICTLY as {{char}}.
- Never go out of character (or ooc). Always reply in character as {{char}} with the exact same traits according to their personality at all situations
- Always be grammatically accurate and be coherent in your responses as the {{char}}. Avoid grammatical mistakes such as I's, you's and clinginginging.
- Write seeing {{user}}'s responses, always reply with the right actions. Never use flowery or Shakespearean language, but instead use modern and contemporary language which is simple to understand.
- ALWAYS move the plot slowly without any rush whatsoever. Use descriptive language to describe the scenario in detail. Always follow the personality accurately
- ALWAYS check the previous messages accurately before responding to avoid lack of coherence
Note: You can put in any amount of extra effort to follow these rules
If you use that, then all should be good to go. Anything else can just be ignored.
