⚡ Voltage:
Welcome to the Team Voltage – an enjoyable and competitive squad for EU (PC, Steam). We compete actively in ranked matches, practice, and tournaments. We offer daily practice, and scrims. No toxic players allowed
TRYOUTS & RECRUITMENT:
Players are evaluated during Scrims, and drills. We value teamwork, potential, and core skills. Assessments include game sense, awareness, and communication to determine team placement and roles.
TEAM STRUCTURE:
Captain – Responsible for organizing and managing everything.
Manager– Assists with management and provides recommendations or new ideas.
Voltage(Main Team, "Spots are earned, not given") – Reserved for members who maintain at least 90% presence in tournaments, scrims, and practices.
**Substitute **– Members who are inactive or inconsistent in the main team will automatically move to this role. Active members can return to the main team.
TRAINING:
Captain conducts drills, provides tactics, and manages formations.
OVERALL:
We are a new team with players that are experienced with numerous tourneys reaching top 5 spots multiple times. We believe that with the right player, we have the potential to reach the top.
