Twice now after a match has finished (ranked 5v5), I have been forced back to the main menu (no new match search appears in the post-game menu), and the red notification that I have left an ongoing match is there. If I choose to reconnect, it either just hangs up on the loading screen, or sometimes loads me into an empty playing field and no controller inputs work.

New match searches are all disabled, and it persists even after rebooting the game and system (PS5). It eventually resolves, but I don’t know how long it takes as I’ve had to abandon trying after 10-15 minutes and come back hours later. Once I was playing solo, and once I had a friend in my squad and we both experienced the same (both on PS5). Sorry, no screenshots.

Same thing happened to me on PC, restarted the game and its still there

We are aware of the issue, but lack information, so I'm pinging you because you are on PC.
It would be really helpful if you could send the log from that match so we can investigate.
Your runtime.log file is located at C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Runtime\Saved\Logs.
