While not as bad as right after the latest major patch, there are still 2 issues that are consistent the first one being when the game is stable, and the second one being the moments when it isn't.
1 - The overall ping has increased :
I play on a team and we are all from different areas of Brazil + 1 player from Chile who is our goalkeeper. All of us have a higher "stable ping" than before. By stable ping I mean the ping that we tend to have when the match is running smoothly. While for us it doesn't change much since the server is in Brazil, other SA players like our goalkeeper(specially him considering his position) end up with a bigger handicap and more teleporting balls in the high octane moments that I could tell were really taking away his enjoyment of the game, and it seems to be the same for other SA players.
2 - The random lag spikes mid match
This one just takes away any enjoyment be it in ranked or in more competitive settings like tournaments or scrims. Very often, there will be sudden spikes where the ping that was in around 40ms just jumps to around 150 for a while.
Unlike the first issue, this isn't something one can really adapt to since it happens at random. One thing I did notice though that might help in figuring out why this happens is that IT DOES NOT HAPPEN IN 3v3 RANKED. I've only seen it happen in custom matches or 5v5 ranked.

I am sure you are all doing your best and hope these can be dealt with soon as they have taken away the enjoyment of the game from quite a few people I know and I am sure from also from many others I don't.
