Tabbing out while loading into a game messes everything up even if you restart your game.

I was tabbing out to change my music while i was loading into a ranked match, and i got kicked immediately, so i reconnected and then my entire game was bugged. After leaving and rejoining the same thing was happening so i decided to restart my game. This didn't help at all. Am I seriously losing elo because of this? and my random teammates are losing elo because I can't even play the game properly? Also, I don't know how to find the runtime.log file, I searched for it in local for my username and couldnt find it, but i'm probably doing it wrong since im not that good with computers
