Right now, the goalie role in 3v3 feels more like a punishment than a position. Players don’t want to sit in the box for six minutes with little action, so most leave the goal empty, which leads to repetitive midfield shots and easy scores and the entire game feels boring. Something needs to be done to make goalie feel more enjoyable or I would even take a bot over a teammate who refuses to play goalie.

Like pretty much every posession is a chance at goal because of how small the map is

This is a dumb take, especially with the fast pace of the game in its current state. The ball comes back and forth to either side many times within 6 minutes. Yes it's not constant action but I've played games where I see more play as the keeper than I do as a wing player or mid fielder.
If you're just sitting in the box waiting for the ball to come to you every time, never coming out as the sweeper, you're making it boring for yourself.
And playing sweeper doesn't mean giving up easy goals, you're just in a low MMR where people make dumb mistakes all the time. Keeper/sweeper is just the most punishing role for mistakes.

Haha maybe so, but my last 3 wins have been me or my teammates shooting from our own penalty box, low MMR or not it isn't fun. I also think ranks mean nothing in this game
