Quick summary:
Generally feels good - far superior to patch 3. Smoother gameplay, animations, interactions (still a problem but improved)
Volley cross meta still too strong
Ippy slide in combination with other mechanics is being used as a way to move around rather than as a skill move. Difficulty to execute vs difficulty to counter is not balanced, similar to volley cross situation.
