Hello I have over 300+ hours in rematch, love the game.
I believe an improvement to the gameplay would be adding a tournament mode.
Where 16 teams would que up and have the chance to the make it to the next round of 8, then the final 4 then the final round.
This would make it a reward to compete with your team and keep players actively playing
