Hi sloclap team,
I’m having issues unlocking the Elite Edition cosmetics in Rematch. I purchased the Elite Edition key via Eneba on August 4th and received the two Captain Pass upgrade tickets, but none of the cosmetic items from the Elite (or Pro) Edition have appeared in my account.
I have already tried restarting the game multiple times, refreshing cloud data, verifying game files, and played about 10 rounds hoping the cosmetics would unlock – but nothing changed.
I’ve been playing the game for 6 days now and reached level 13, but I still haven’t received any of the Elite cosmetics.
I sent an email to your support on August 4th but have not received any reply yet.
