Hello Sloclap, I'm a fan of your previous games (Absolver & Sifu). I'm having a lot of fun with Rematch. But as a player who spends very little on MTX & Storefront, especially in a game that is already sold (and not F2P), I have questions about certain aspects of your monetization that give the game a really bad image. So I'm giving you a perspective. And I hear this same feedback from all my friends, some of whom live not far from your studio and often think about buying you a beer to make you see reason :p

I think it makes sense that unique and special skins from famous players are locked behind real money. That's alright even if I am not interested.
For a real clothing brand like the PUMA pack, it starts to be debatable (since you're technically advertising for them), here it gives the impression that player is buying NFTs of clothes. But I think that's okay again because big branding.

But the rest is very difficult to understand. Why certain hairstyles, strange but not uninteresting (+ more customization is always welcome) are locked behind real money. And they cost 750 quants, that's a lot. Almost the price of a unique skin.

It doesn't make sense. I don't really understand the choice of your monetization team.

The same goes for items that cost generic blue points. Instead of using them, we can take a shortcut and use quants.
Instead of 5600 blue currency, I can use 700 quants for a celebration. That's a lot of quants/real money. When the blue currency is really easy to get.

I understand that this is supposed to be a shortcut for players who are in a hurry. But you're making them spend almost all the quants they've grinded in the pass !

If a player is in a hurry and wants to unlock a set of outfits and celebrations faster because they don't have enough blue currency, it should cost like max 50-100 quants.... instead of crazy 300-750.
Here it feels super predatory. Like someone which would spend 700 quants on this celebration by mistake
It gives that vibe
