I believe 3v3 should function differently from other modes to better serve its purpose. Here’s why:
The core idea of 3v3 is to teach fundamental skills (passing, dribbling, tackling, goalkeeping) while reinforcing Rematch's philosophy of teamwork and quick ball movement ("joga bonito")—prioritizing passes over excessive dribbling.
To achieve this, goals should only count when scored from inside the goal area. Currently, matches often devolve into long-range shots against open nets, undermining the focus on buildup play. This change would incentivize creative passing combinations and close-range finishes, delivering the authentic tactical experience the mode promises.
Additionally, restricting goals to the goal area means all six players can fully engage in teamwork without fearing cheap long shots. Defenders can focus on protecting their zone, while attackers must craft intricate plays to score—making every match more dynamic and strategically rewarding
