Very often when I launch the game, or sometimes just after a game, the Europe region which I had selected disappears. Then, I can't find a match until I get it back, which I do by

moving the directory %localappdata%/Runtime/Saved/SaveGames somewhere else
Boot the game to the main menu
Quitting and moving the directory back (to not lose my setting)
Reselecting Europe region when its back.

I end up having to do this 3-5 times every session, very annoying. I played the two final tech tests/betas.

I of course have tried to delete the entire runtime directory, but after doing that a ton of times I don't care to redo my settings every time

I still have not seen anyone else having this problem, my friends or anyone in this discord... thats really weird. It still happens 3-5 times every session

Still happens every session... Ended up making a batch script for quickly moving the folder out and back. I dont even have to restart the game in between, just moving it out and back the region comes back..
