Nerf blocking the keeper

Its very annoying having to juke back and forth before throwing/shooting the ball out. Took me 2 minutes to realize in the first beta that this should be nerfed.

Suggestions:

• make the ball noclip for the first meters from the keeper
• block opponents from being able to enter the keepers box until the ball is in play (keeper drops it to the foot or plays it out)

Disagree here. If you choose to put a player at the keeper, one field player should be free. Just press lob pass and you're always safe.
