Hi, comments are not in the game, so it can't be done by a mod, we can only do some UI tweaks.

Well I would have to make my server to store comments, do the accounts and authorization - almost like reinventing some web forum solution, just with in-game UI.

Anyway comments are quite an obvious thing to do, I guess they will be in base Workshop eventually.
