Binoculars Enhanced - GPS Data

Feature complete, may tweak based on feedback.

This provides the following GPS information at the point of aim:

• 8 Digit Grid
• Direction Cardinal & Bearing
• Elevation
• Distance

Adds to the following:

M22 [GPS]
Vector 21 - Olive [GPS] - RHS Version only
Vector 21 - FDE [GPS] - RHS Version only

This creates a separate variant, so the base binoculars are retained.

There are two versions, non RHS (M22 Only) and an RHS version. Do note, this does NOT require interfacing with a DAGR.

Be cool if someone could implement this into an lldr and have it auto send to another person who’s running mortars or arty when target is lased and it automatically converts it from OT line data to GT line data
