Unconscious characters in vanilla Arma Reforger ragdoll briefly then snap into an identical animated prone pose. This mod keeps the ragdoll pose active for the full duration of unconsciousness. Characters stay wherever they fell -- against walls, over objects, on stairs. Revive works normally. Compatible with multiplayer, dedicated servers, and other mods. Script only, no prefab overrides.

will it work with ACE medical's roll over system?

IIRC keeping ragdoll can cause issues from killing downed units in MP as the ragdoll can have differernt position on client vs server, as they're not network synced

Will there be options to put someone flat on their back or in a recovery position?

there's a problem with these kind of mods: physics are clientside and not synced, thus positions on server & clients differ. This becomes problematic when someone is trying to kill an unconscious enemy, there will be times when it becomes impossible as the ragdolled enemy that is visible on the client is on a different position on the server. Is this tested? Not sure if there are any workarounds

This one should actually be better than mine for running with ACE, because as, steffenbk1 correctly identified, the animation graph modification is more prone to compatibility issues and in fact mine currently only works with stable version of ACE. If you don't use ACE and want repositioning, you can go with mine, but I'm going to recommend this one with ACE.

That won't help, as the incompatibility comes from the repositioning part, not from keeping the ragdoll, but thanks anyway ๐Ÿ˜„

Also not something that can be solved by us. It will be up to BI to implement synced ragdoll.
