Had to remake the post because I've messed up some settings

So this is 4x4 little terrain I'm making to figure out how Enfusion tools work, based on Kotlyne village, Donetsk region
It will include several villages, a coal mine and some other little points of interests.
I'm trying to make it look as real as possible using vanilla assets.
