It's in the TDL mod, but has to be used with some other mod with the device for it to be used, if that makes sense

Correct, but if you load it with GRS, it would work with their ATAK accessories. Otherwise modders can set up devices to be compatible themselves. This map system is intended to work dynamically based on whatever map you are on, if it doesn’t work on a map, making it compatible would not be too difficult.
