This is PZFP. It's a vanilla script (composition) for Zeus that adds or revamps 17 factions for the base game using only vanilla assets. Specifically, through retexturing, hidden assets in the game files, and creatively using the existing gear/vehicles, the script adds factions across the sides in-game.
PZFP is in beta, so expect quite a few bugs. The code isn't exactly optimized to say the least, but I'm in the process of cleaning it up for a full release.
