You should add screen fading to the visual on the rocket

#

Would make the transition nicer. You could also tinker and see how you could create a motion blur or effect around the screen to show some cool motion during the movement too.

(Just QoL ideas)

Already have a bug where sometimes at randome the camerea will go under the map when the projectile hits. So will look into that

I wonder, in order to keep things sort of balanced if there’s any way to hide players and AI from the view, so you can see where you’re landing, but not gaining information that shouldn’t be available to you. I can definitely see people using this to just see where people are lol.

No. Keep players, ai, etc.
I see this more for pve and/or lower pop servers where you can't always have a Forward observer.
So it'd be nice to see everything.

Plus, if you have supplies on, you won't be able to just randomly shoot them to just see positions or you'll be out of supplies quick.

And. If you're just after trying to see where enemies are, it's far easier, quicker, and effective to just sneak someone into a bush or something to watch players in a pvp scenerio with how long for each shot and how many supplies it'd take each shot to "reliable" spot locations with the camera.

In a regular PvP, how I would use this is:
2-4 ranging shots to monitor the arc and impaxt zone. Then I would turn it off and send out up to a dozen rounds.
Rinse and repeat to keep sending accurate fire. Getting a forward spotter and using the mortar effectively is all a pain

I cont see how this could really be abused in PvP aside from the fact that you could scout for un/populated bases
