Vanilla doesn't feature car radios, so best to ask the mod author of whatever mod adds it. :)

Also beware that you can only add music to your mod where you have rights for distribution and reproduction of in a medium like mods for a game.

You could just use garage band (free option) or FL Studio and make some generic songs to play.
