Highly Inspired by the work of Arma 3 Remaster and since it has been removed from the Workshop (anyone know why?)

I was able to improve performance even more, but i had to strip some features like the translations.

For Server Admins:

• Can client side optional.
• Keys for signature verification included.

Installed it on my server, fantastic job, players are psyched about the performance gains 😜
