Did you click on "regenerate times" in the RadioBroadcast Manager in the Gameworld?

So I have noticed that it works when I go into the mp test world and place it down my self. When I go into say arland or eden that already has a manager in it, it doesn't work. Yeah the regenerate times is what worked for the MP test world.

You'll need to mod/override the original RadioBroadcastManager if you want the change to apply existing maps. :)
