This shouldn't have to be a mod as this would be a quality of life improvement for the game. There are times when there are confusion when people say "Maine" but refer to the main operating base (MOB). I understand the avoidance of using all the "New" and "North/South/West" states but it can be replaced with Tennessee and still keep that avoidance. Although it might not even need to be replaced with there being 39 other base names.
