I'm 600 meters EAST from target but 105 meters higher in a militar base
Using the HE with 4 rings, according to the card the distance should be set to 1496 + 9 for elevation offset.
If the point the mortar is at is 100m above the point you are shooting at, you would need to add 36 mils to the elevation.
Plus slightly more for the 5m, but that's not going to make a huge difference typically.
Ah, I was in a match at the time on the Soviet side, so I couldn't check and the one I found quickly was outdated. 9 is correct.
You may be estimating the range or drop incorrectly.
Works in GM with the same firing location and target. I don't know if it's something to do with how I'm jumping from player to GM on the our PVE server, maybe it is de-spawning the mortar when i switch between
I'll have to bring a buddy in to be my forward observer

Yes, several being used. It's the gramps linear pve mode for one,

Have you had a chance to test this yet?
Someone in the main chat suggested it's to do with the PVE mod we're using - I need to test it with another player in proximity to the target to make sure the motar shells aren't de-spawning.
