Ello!
@uncut marsh 's answer is correct. Cutting the first part of a sound and putting it towards the end should guarantee a "click-less" loop, given that you render out the length exactly and leave no gap anywhere.

Oh, I'll add that the crossfade between the two parts should be equal power! (Which most DAWs should do automatically)
