One thing I wanted to play with is making the point radio range circle movable with the mouse or touch so you "visually" change it instead of a number

yeah, understood. I guess it would be possible with mousedown/touch events on the circle element

The issue with the custom radius is that it only applies to the base, and not the base + antenna structure. If you set it higher than 2km you have rendered the antenna tower obsolete
