Trigger edit properties will show a list of available actions and the GM selects which one wants to trigger with this TriggerArea.
Each mod have to register its actions by attaching a TriggerActionComponent and calling their methods from there

For V1 I'll add actions for CRX AI, TrainWreck GM SpawnInBuildings and GameMaster FX

Yeah it will still take quite some time...
Currently used game master system took several months to get it work properly.
Now i had to kinda reassemble the entire mod from scratch without any game master stuff.
Next i will have to find another modular way/system which provides the very same functionality + profile/presets. 💩

That would cool / there are to modes we could sort of make it work: laser designated by man on the ground and by the drone operator but I'm still learning how to handle the camera and raytrace from it to actually be able to aim

Could you use the RHS screen component how they have in the t14 and epoch? And then add a weapon(s) of choice on it the user can use to aim and shoot

Which would probably require WCS armament or some sort

Improved Zoom
Rotate Camera with Arrow Keys
Improved Tablet Model along with Legacy Tablet and I've started to test on other props such as TV's and Laptops.

I'll add this new Laser Designator Binoculars (migth retexture them a bit) that will allow players to designate an Area where they need ISR with laser to Spawn it in, have it circle for x amount of time and RTB for refuel.

Also want to add the ability to call in a Hellfire or other Predator Ordinance with the Laser Designator.

As of right now anyone with a tablet can handle the drone camera, I'm working on limiting that to a specific prop that can only be acquired by any specific rank.

So a Captain can handle the ISR while other troops should only be able to watch, this will also be the case for spawning or moving the drone to another AO.

Any feedback or Ideas are welcome! Thanks @azure pendant for the ground work!

@undone wigeon I know you maybe busy with something else WCS added the CheyTac M200 in their NATO pack making the other by Keller vs Traffic incompatible due to magwell duplicate error

If you are willing, can you make the MK 13 Mod 7 .300 compatible with the WCS NATO if not it’s fine.

Had some time today to work on the Drone - MQ-9 Reaper is coming back soon! At the time is not meant to be used on PVP or Conflict Scenarios, Id say is more intended for PVE and Milsim.

New Update Features:

  1. Customizable Keybinds
  2. Camera Pan, Zoom and Lock In controls
  3. MQ-9 Control Tablet allows one player to handle the camera.
  4. MQ-9 Viewer Tablet allows players to view the drone feed without being able to move it.
  5. LaserDesignator Gadget, is used to spawn the ISR Overwatch where aimed at. If a UAV is already spawned it is retasked to the new area, so there can only be 1 active UAV.
  6. Basic Telemetry shows UAV's altitude and Speed, the camera also has heading and coords of where its pointed.

Right now everything is instant, I'll try to add cooldowns and return to fuel configurable in the future but game master menus are a bit out of my current scope, also need to add the hud and telemetry to the viewer tablet.

Just have a look at the video and let me know if this is good enough for a release!

Yes, thing is multiple people controlling the drone can lead to a bad experience and there is no way everyone controls their own "camera"

Don't know if this could help you one thing I just noticed. I grabbed the viewer after the MQ9 was already spawned in and was stuck at the no connection page. All i had to do was recall in the reaper and it worked, but for your notes maybe 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yep along with heading, coords, etc. I’m a bit sad, going to have to rewrite a big part of it so its architecture allows for replication and synchronization between players, dunno why I was thinking it was something out of the box with workbench

Might be able to use the A-10 Mod armaments (in picture) or the stuff from RHS or Game FX Master to do the strikes like the F/A-18 and the Russian Missile that has a bigger impact and explosion maybe a way to select between the 2, I’ll be happy with it just being functional tbh lol

I believe he’s working on doing a call in I suggested to them for the calling in of artillery and stuff using a laser designator kinda like the Vector21 RHS F/A-18 and the 2 the Russian get, be nice if you could select between the three different ones off the laser design designator, or select that you want artillery, or like an AC 130 attack or a A-10 Gun Run or something what ever it is will be the BOMB 💥 tho

But I have complete faith that they are working on bringing the reaper and the other stuff to life and soon

After a deep dive on game systems and replication I was able to restructure the logic for spawning and laser designation, only thing left to do is to sync the camera for all players and add in the shooting capabilities tomorrow I’ll upload a version so we can QA it

It will depend on the first mod for the thermal vision filter, but everything else is pretty much build from the ground up, also thinking of adding a clear vision filter too

Just tested on a Dedicated Server and the Call In of the Drone, ReTasking and UAV camera handling are working nicely.

The AO is sync for all players so the UAV circles around the same point for everyone but couldn't sync the camera yet so think it is a 360 Cam and you're just controlling your digital view of the cam.

I need some feedback on the default height for the drone until I add a configuration section for Game Master to setup the default height. Right now is in 300 so when Max Zoomed In you can actually see people and not just white bars.

At the time it only shows Speed, Alt, Heading of the Camera, and the coords where you're pointing with the camera

Can concur, that this is an issue. However, in my server it only seems to affect the Xbox guys, the PC guys could still open their inventory and everything. The other thing was it would not let the Xbox guys bring their weapons to their hands or leave GM if someone had the tablet out.

That is interesting, I'll try to replicate the behavior with a client with an xbox controller, currently I don't have an xbox to test but I want to see if maybe I'm doing something with the console bindings. Thanks for the info guys!

I can confirm I was able to reproduce the issue with an xbox controller, looks like what's going on is that any tablet active in the world is capturing the controllers input, I'll try to fix it!

Wow, GREAT work so far. Watching this for updates.
Only tried the MK 13 out so far, and love it, but in my opinion, we need a bipod option for it.
Those 1000 meter shots are rough without one.

On the laser designator, will this work as just a stand alone as well? My server is looking for lasers that we can use to designate for chopper attacks.
The gun lasers can not really be seen from the air, so wanting a high powered laser for that.

I am gonna check out the other mods, as we are looking for a way to give feedback to the mortar squads and have then be able to be their own forward, since the server is only a handful of people most of the time.

Bipod for the MK13 Mod 7 is coming along with some sniping features - there's a realism mod that has ballistics affected by wind so a Kestrel will be useful

We have an unwritten rule when we play Everon, when we get to Green Valley, I load up a helo with tons of ammo, and sit the entire part on the ridgelines clearing the way.
To have wind, and the proper recon tools, as well as an actual scope that just has MIL or MOA adjustments for fine tuning, would be a huge thing.
Would take recon to a whole new level.

Can't guarantee but I've seen for example if wind on game master says east and 4.2m/s something like that then the bullet moves a little bit in that direction on far ranges

The wind affects everything except the bullets in the base game, so it was kinda annoying to see that.

Just tried both of those, and neither actually worked with wind, so that is a bummer.
On the plus side, I saw rumors about BI adding it natively at some point, so that is good.
Was worth the trying though.

I test at 900 meters with .308 M110.
Got a good group with no wind, then put full wind to my 90.
This should have had a few feet of wind drift, and my point of aim point of impact did not change. Still grouped the same in the same spot.

Just did some testing, the only thing that seems to be affected is the illum rounds.
HE did not care, at least at 1000 meters.

The scope would need to move the point of aim depending on the wind speed and direction, for each player, if we ignore the AI, might not be to bad.

Would need to build out the ballistics charts for each round and each optic though, or build your own optic that uses a it for a specific gun ( your 300 would be a good candidate. I would try it out for sure. )

Instead of having to simulate the wind for each round and gun type it would be better to have the widn act as a global modifier that affects any shot round.

It’s always the little things that make big differences. Now with a weapon, helmet, and body cam functioning not for the player’s view but for monitoring players can can have individual surveillance footage of warfare

This can lead to players having camera recording of team killers, no the whereabouts of their teammates and better reconnaissance by transferring data before before sending infantry units in uncharted territory

So I downloaded the vpad test mod and with a mod dependency im able to place the vpad onto any vehicle

Go to settings>control>HCA UI

make sure to have the keys mapped for the HCA

Also make sure to adjust vpad settings through Gm you wanna make sure the faction you’re in has access to the vpad through the arsenal

After that pull out the vpad then press the key for HCA setting go to attach to vehicle Press attach then it should show the tablets place it where you want it then I believe you back out(don’t unequip the map just back out)

It’s easier doing this that what I making it sound like

I guess I am a simpleton lol.
I can not figure this out at all.
This is all I see.
Pressing any key seems to do nothing.

In context of this mod, being able to mount the control or view tables like that would be game changing.
Used the reaper the other night so the mortar guy could do everything himself, and it was so great.
Me and another guy, were recon and setup the laze, then he called the reaper and watched it while he shot. The accuracy of the mortars by him went up 10 fold.

No however I there’s a model by 3dmilitaryassets (website) this way you can suggest it for a modder to put it in. This modder is retired for the time being don’t know when hell come back. I suggest to take this to modders that deal with optic and camera systems maybe they’ll accept

anyone know what im doing wrong? everytime i spawn the drone im just getting images of the ocean even when the mod is the only mod on my public server
but in normal gm scenorio offline i get an overhead image
