Me and the team at Reforged Studios have started development on a spiritual successor the Takistan life but set in the time period of ARMA Reforger (1989) essentially a Soviet Afghan War RP.
So far we have a number of jobs and custom assets working and much more planned.
We are using a in house map that is inspired by a NE region of Takistan that borders Russia.
A early build is playable on our server just look up Takistan Life Reforged
