Im trying to recreate your issue and I think i've found it. Your putting down a radio backpack and its not leting you "deploy" it?

When I init the SF, the radio backpack during save loadout -- go under GM -- is greyed out by default. I have to hop in GM and enable it to allow me to grab the radio backpack and for it to work properly.

So when I try deploying radio backpack on the groud while in the workshop it doesnt work, however when test my scenario on my paid dedicated server it works

i gotcha oaky. Yeah i dont know a work around other than doing that.

I just happened to be messing with allowing you to carry the radio backpack in your inventory instead of having to wear it at the same time you were asking questions lol
