I added it to the server but I’m not finding the option to use the fly by or any of the modules

You can search for them in the assets browser or use the proper filters

I find if you have a ton of different mods that somewhat impact the same area of another mod, it may not show in the Systems tab - but it will show in the Modded Tab.

May be your issue, but that's just a shot in the dark here.

Modded filter doesn't seem to work though

They do not show up if I enable it
