Will it be using RHS as a dependency then?
Yes, for RHS features like the systems integrated into the tanks and the quality of RHS assets like the particles and sounds produced by the tanks and other ancillary things (track animations, turret, command turret...) Think of it as an advantage, the Leclerc tank will be a pleasure to play you can be sure and RHS should be used on all servers, it's been that way since Arma 2 if I'm not mistaken ^^ It brings nothing but good to the project.
