Recruitable AI for Combat Ops Everon

This mod adds ability to spawn FIA soldiers in Combat Ops Everon.

At each hideout, next to the map, there are 6 cardboard boxes. You can transport those boxes as inventory items. One box lets you spawn one soldier. It's not very authentic but saves from the hassle of transporting soldiers over large distance 😄

Of course you still must be a squad leader to be able to add the soldiers to your group.

!!! This is implemented as a separate scenario. The original Combat Ops Everon scenario works as usual.

I think these are some pre-placed AI groups, but I am not entirely sure

So in Vanilla, Youll hear various FiA Comms going off and on about various things. If you hear gunshots and what not in the distance and you know nobody is over there it's most likely a scripted event that'll get posted to your map. I.e Firefight Reported, Dead Bodies, stuff like that.
