Unless you're both making the exact same area, just name them after the biggest settlement on your map.
E.g. "Fulda Gap - Bad Orb" or whatever.

Fulda Gap was a critical part of the Cold War, it basically gave us the AH-64 and A-10.
Unsurprising that multiple people would choose to recreate parts of it.
