99% of things are technically "reskins". My M4 is a reskin of an M16. RHS AK74N is a reskin of the AK74. And it's fine. Nothing wrong with that. Dog water complaint.

Technically they are not unless everyone is using the same exact model. You can have 20 different JPCs but if measurements are different among the models then its not a reskin.

I believe the presumption toxic made was that it'd just be a reskinning of the Abrams into a Leo2a7 which I wanna say that may not be what happens but alotta vehicle mods atleast from my eyes as just some guy are basically just random vanilla vehicles with a different skin

I am not saying all of them are, I'm saying there are more vehicles out there using models of other vehicles but functioning like vanilla ones, such as "black hawks" with the exact same speed and feel of the UH-1H

The K-17 Bumerang is above & beyond any of the default vehicles. Many more features. I would love to see more like it.

It’s not just RHS that wants to make detailed assets, I have yet to even finish the model so before you start pointing fingers and saying things wait for the model and scripting to be done.

RHS does have the most detailed and functional vehicle in the game currently. But that should not be mistaken for what the community is capable of.
Literally nobody else in the community right now is capable of animating get in animations and scripting fully functional MFD's. Any sort of expectation of that level of quality when Bohemia doesn't even supply it is beyond reasonable.

Don't get me wrong I don't get out and talk to other modders much. I carry this stink around from the neanderthalic hate train "DARKGRU bad" which makes that difficult at times. But at most unless I'm speaking to Bacon I have yet to meet anyone outside of the RHS team who understands the Enfusion Engine and has the skill necessary to do things like this. (haven't met redline or space strider)

If striders vics break tomorrow (hypothetical) we will be screwed and 13,000 players will be screwed

Whole lotta questions from a mod house, that isn't usually very good at been receptive to questions.

Why don't you create a modular version of Status Quo so people can download what they want rather than a load of bloat that maybe deemed unnecessary?

As a consumer of both mods, helping each other leads to better results for all.

Tribalism holds back all modders.

Especially on such a small project in the grand scheme of gaming, milsim's and modding, such as Reforger.

I find it ridiculous you take the work you do and lock it to a growing mod that is already at a point where if you want a stable 128p server you're truthfully limited to about 2.5g of additional space.
