If it happens, try to reload textures by setting it to different quality and then going back. I my fps drop from 90 to 25 sometimes, and If I set texture quality to high and then back to ultra everything's fine for another 2 hours.

Why is it that on DayZ my FPS stays at a solid 120 and yet on Reforger never exceeds 60, even though I have to set to 120?
I can’t get my FPS higher than 60 at all on Reforger
How do you get 90??

I have never had a problem w FPS to be honest. Maybe your GPU drivers made a different profile for Reforger and it's blocked there? And if you are using a rtx3050 it might just not be powerful enough. I noticed a big difference (70>90) fps when I OC my VRAM speed by 16%
Oh, I rememberd that if I blocked my fps it also stuck on half of the set value
So now I keep it unlocked with a VSync, I have a 165 Hz monitor, so my GPU is always working on 98%+
If I want to reduce the usage I am heaving drops and much worse performance, though I set quality down
And you should always keep environment quality on lowest setting possible. It only affects clouds, but there is not much of a difference anyway
