• custom light´s
• interior lighting (envProbeEnt)
• mainly 2k textures, some are 4k
• file size < 500mb

I was working on a big custom building as well, but paused it. Might pick it up again at some point.

For the elevator, are you just doing a simple "action" teleport?

yes, no animation, just a script / ScriptedUserAction that teleports you to the coords
