I don't have an xbox/ps to test on. Can you not drag and drop on such systems? How do you move an item on top of another in the inventory, then? Should be relatively simple to fix so long as I know that.

No sadly because on Xbox when you press A to move an item it highlights the whole box rather than the individual items. So it makes it impossible to combine individual items with a controller

Right. This is a slightly different case, then, that my mod was not intended to handle. Have you tried Zeliks mod? He made it for consoles, so you bind a key to repack everything in one go.

No and at the current moment controllers can’t change keybinds as far as I know

When I get back from school I’ll try it but I doubt they allow console to do that yet

Let me know, and if it does not work then maybe I'll look into how much work it will be to adapt my existing code to handle controllers in a way as well.

Pressing A allows me to go to the items inside of said storage compartment like my backpack but I can’t combine items only move them to other parts of my inventory

Say you have two stacks of grenades in your backpack. Can you move one grenade from one stack to the other?

They don’t combine if on controller only moves them to that part of the inventory

By "on controller", do you mean that you got it working on an xbox if you connect a mouse to it?

I’ve just been using the mouse as a work around for some mods

My mod relies on slot-to-slot movement, so if that does not happen on the xbox then there will not be a workaround. Rather, I'd have to write a separate mod that peruses entire storages for magazines and repacks them based on that - which is what Zeliks mod does. I wanted the drag-and-drop action for myself, but "press a button to repack everything" is better than nothing. I might write one for you, but can't promise 🙂

Have you guys by any chance tried my compass mod? It got some downvotes yesterday, but there is no feedback system so I've no idea why nor what to fix :Ø/
