i've made the vw golf from the sample car float but i was having trouble with the movement, maybe because it has wheel, and the only rhib in the workshop will crash the tools if opened so i don't know where to get info to make a boat, maybe i will look into it

Have a look into the Btr it also has a component which lets him be amphibous and swim😉

tried a bit today and the result was afwul, the btr doesn't in fact have anything more than the jeep actually, theres only some difference in the numeric settings

What about The M113?

the M113 uses the same component but have scripts inside that i didn't check, @plush ember yeah it's the same component but I don't understand where it gets the information to automatically generate the buoyancy bounding box, maybe from geometry but that doesn't seem correct since if i set the bouyancy to float the water level is still on the upper bridge 🤷

this is with bouyancy set to float with force scale 1 😂

Maybe if you play around with the Bounding box Offset but I dont see an option to actually show this Bounding box

It automatically sets the box in the centre of your object

At least if the offset is 0

i forgot i've disabled the dynamic body and the sleeping treeshold, and put some offset to the center of mass, with the standard bounding box volume so like 0.9 on x

@stoic knot i was preparing another sub for the interior with a bigger model because right now you still have water inside and no ways to free the inside from it
