I finally feel confident enough to show Vietnam Reforged. It's still a heavy WIP. After all of the villages are completed and down the fine fixes and tweaks will be done. Excuse the copy and paste Viet Cong, just waiting for that faction mod to drop 🤣

I agree. Oh, by the way, unless you’ve updated the mod in the past 24 hours, when I try and load the server with this mod downloaded, as a gm, it spawns me under the map. The land is also missing. It’s just water and the placed bits like hangars, towns, trees, etc

There is only one map mod in the server at any time. All the mods in the server have not conflicted with the Vietnam map in the past.

This issue happened with a couple other modded scenarios when 'server admin tools' or any AI mods were downloaded, but idk if that is your issue

Figured out the issue, it was stun grenades. For whatever reason, it wasn’t its dependencies which I thought were going to be the issues

basically the whole concept behind it was retexture the soviet gear and use the FIA as the base faction since they already have the type 56 AK rigs and go from there.

Yeah I’m not a modder so I wouldn’t know how to do it but I just didn’t know if maybe it was something you planned to add with it.

Regardless the map is awesome and love it and hope to see future updates with it , it’s going into my campaign and been looking for it for so long.

Whenever you place down an order for ai to follow, the order deletes itself and the ai do not act upon it. I’m waiting for the video capture to upload itself

i do plan on reverting the fobs back sandbag walls, just gotta get a better workflow for it. the next update will focus more on improvements rather than new locations. (realistic environment props, switching items for a better visual experience, etc.)

Btw you can use the dirt mounds to help flatten terrain on a slope without changing the sat map, from there you just fill in with dirt or concrete in terrain builder.

I think for the test that night we just ran the Northcom stuff along side with the M16a1 made by Shadow. Not only that but also Vietnam reforged as well too. Though it was just a test for something we may run in the future our unit is a based in 2010-2015

I do know that I did test out the Expanded Military Gear mod which brings in a frog skin M1 Pot helmet, the US expansion mod which also brings the Calvary patch. I would also recommend them if you where doing some Vietnam stuff just for some extra stuff

Pc or Xbox? Xbox you can clear your reserved space and it’ll redownload all mods when you go back into the server. Usually works to clear any cache errors. Pc you have to go into the mod folder and clear out the mods there.

Single mod, boss. It was a sleeper. I had no idea it was being made. It's on the workshop and functions. However it is a WIP and the only issue with it is you can't refuel it without GM. If you get hit in the gas tank, you're unable to repair it.
