Because of the concept for the Mexico Part of the Project we're planing on. Mexico should be the more rusty, Sandy and darker place. I also created some Vegetation mods for it Like cactus and stuff you know, we want it more Like the cartel part. So you have Like two different Maps on one, If you Go through the border we want to give a totaly different Feeling.
