#TurtleBeach Wireless Headset Question

Hey fellas,
met a player yesterday, who was using a TurtleBeach wireless headset and there were artifacts in his voice.
It sounded approximately like this.
He was unable to provide me with the specific model. We need the specific model, so we can debug and find out what is going on there.
Any input is appreciated.
If your buddies ever told you that your voice sounds messed up, please post a combination of a recording & your specific TurtleBeach wireless headset model. Video recording is optional, but it helps us figure out, what is wrong.

I was low key expecting it to be that issue where the voice sounds like someone was pressing mute button at high frequency (super choppy)

your sample makes it sound like there's interference

it's a simple tremolo. but people "who know", will recognize it. imagine all your buddies telling you "you sound like a robot." 😄

the owner of the headset may want to change the sound sample rate in their sound settings
like if the default 44100 hz is too low try higher
