I'm curious why you want it? Trying to do a Reforger hardware survey?

yes but for servers

#

want to see what the providers are running

#

I'm assuming their admin panels do not display the processor model

A bit far fetched but. Is processor model printed into log file during start up?
Log file is in profiles directory, can you load it from there via script?

If it's not possible and you just want to know what certain providers are using, I'd just ask their support.
A couple of years ago, I was working on a project like this for about 60-70 minecraft hosting providers, and basically all good value providers had it on their website while in the other cases support would usually just tell you when asked.

as usual I did not factor in the simplest approach, thanks
