The flag we use is the flag of the CDF as used in A2 specifically and the patch is a custom piece for our unit

On the page to spawn in the Vehicles there is a whole list of AI outlines such as radio operator,sniper, scout ect
Maybe they are for other purposes but it looks like they are prefabs for future AI units/characters ect
